Về trải nghiệm: tham quan và ẩm thực là hai hoạt động phổ biến nhất tại điểm đến, chiếm 40% tổng lượt đề cập. Giá cả là yếu tố quan trọng nhất ảnh hưởng đến sự lựa chọn hoạt động của khách du lịch tại một điểm đến.
Sau chuyến đi: chất lượng dịch vụ và sự an toàn chiếm hơn 30% trong tổng số lượt đề cập liên quan đến các yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến sự hài lòng của du khách tại điểm đến.
Ngoài ra, theo khảo sát này, du khách Gen X (độ tuổi từ 41-56) có xu hướng lựa chọn các gói tour để du lịch hè. Còn Gen Z (18-24 tuổi) và Millennials (25-40) có xu hướng chọn du lịch tự túc nhiều hơn.
